All servers are supported by UPC ensuring continuous running even in a power failure scenario. The facility is protected by a VESDA Smoke Detection System with a FM-200 Non-destructive fire suppression response system. In the unlikely event of a fire being detected this automatic system prevents any loss of service. The servers are connected to a multi homed transit with fibre entering the building from multiple locations. Exbos Limited have been involved in numerous previous projects initiated from either tender or by direct contact with our organisation. A small sub section of these projects has been included below to show the diversity of our projects. Additionally we have a gallery of our customer facing sites to show the aesthetic quality of our work. Client Gallery We have an online gallery that contains a sample set of some of our client's sites that have externally facing websites. This is just a small sample of our work to show that demonstrates the different styles we employ. View Client Gallery Kent County Council Project: Low Carbon Suppliers Database and Directory The Low Carbon Suppliers Database, launched as GreenChain was a tender awarded to Exbos Limited by Kent County Council. The site is a directory of low carbon technology and service providers based within eight South of England counties. The Green Chain project had very tight timescales with less than six weeks between award and delivery. Exbos Limited successfully delivered the fully functional, fully tested site on time and on budget working closely with representatives from Kent County Council. The system provides the functionality for suppliers to self register and then be approved by system administrators. The suppliers, once added to the site, are searchable by technology, location and name. Users of the site can browse suppliers, contact them through an onsite form and create their own shortlists. The site also integrates with Google Maps making suppliers easy to find. The administration of the system allows Council representatives to update suppliers, technologies, environmental accreditations, manage users and has a full content management system inbuilt. All administrative and logon functionality is secured behind an SSL certificate layer. The system also includes comprehensive reporting covering user access, Google search reports, supplier web site transfers and contact requests. The reporting functionality forms part of the secure administration area. Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (ASBAH) Project: Contact and Client Management System Exbos Limited was sub contracted to tender for and subsequently develop a contact management system for the well known charity, ASBAH. The project has specific information security and data protection requirements that we were deemed ideally suitable to meet due to our background in financial services. The software, and a number of subsequently requested enhancements, were delivered on time and to budget with no significant issues in either testing phase. A complex, yet easy to administer, security policy was implemented to ensure access to information was restricted only to the relevant permitted groups. The project was handed over to a third party for hosting. Stone Communications Project: Print Maestro The Online Print Broker Exbos Limited was engaged by Stone Communications to take over support of their existing Print Action system and to develop a modernised version to be known as Print Maestro. The new system, developed by us, is a complex print brokerage platform involving elements of desktop and web technology. The software allowed printers to provide template driven art work, such as business cards and letterheads, to corporate clients via a secure web portal. The portals are used by large multi-national corporations such as Sony, Bear Stearns, ChemDry and Accord. The software was delivered on time, to budget and is still being supported by us with future enhancements. The project is also hosted, backed up and monitored on our own support infrastructure. Active Leeds Limited Project: Multi-site E-Commerce and Marketing Exbos Limited used our CommerceCloud engine to develop an enhanced online store. The store allowed Active Leeds to manage their products across several stores simply and efficiently. Each store has been tailored and search engine optimised for its specific market and price range. The mult-store marketing method enhances sales and simplifies product management. This lets the store owner focus their sales strategy and leads to a noticable increase in sales and site visits.

Here at Exbos Limited we always take a professional approach to the testing process on all our projects. All bugs and enhancement requests no matter how minor are logged and monitored through our bug tracking system. Access to the system is provided to the client so you can track the progress of your software throughout the development lifecycle. We divide testing into two distinct major phases; System Testing and User Acceptance Testing. These phases are part of the industry standard recommended testing process and help us to ensure the software we develop meets your needs entirely System Testing The testing phase is performed by us on our internal test environments . This phase takes all of the requirements for the project and tests them first in isolation and then as part of their associated workflow process. Results are checked and assessed against original requirements and planned outcomes. All significant bugs will generally be found and fixed at this stage before the system is delivered to you, our client. Advanced technical, security, hacker penetration, performance and data integrity testing is performed at this stage. User Acceptance Testing This testing phase is performed by you, our client, to ensure that the system fully meets your requested criteria. At this stage you will be given access to the bug tracking system and any required access criteria to reach a test version of your software that we will host. During this phase you can use our bug tracking software to raise bugs, requests and questions to the development and testing team. These bugs will be assigned and fixed in a software release process ready for you to retest. The phase will generally only find minor and cosmetic bugs. Tutorial One: Download/Copy a Full Web Site The video and simple instructions below demonstrate how to take a full local copy of any website. The crawler will download all required information and build a copy of the web site on your machine including the full folder structre, images, html, css, javascript and even flash video or embeded items. Simple Instructions Click the "Add Target Website" button on the main toolbar at the top of the screen. Enter the url of the website you want to take a copy of in the dialog displayed. Click OK. Click the "Start/Resume Crawling" button on the main toolbar at the top of the screen. Wait for the crawl to complete then click on the website in the tree to the left of the screen under the "Target Websites" item. Click the "Publish Local Copy" button on the main toolbar at the top of the screen. Enter the path where you want to save the web site to in the dialog provided. Click OK. Termination 7.1 Exbos Limited may, as it thinks fit, (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have against the Purchaser) immediately suspend further performance of the Contract or cancel delivery of the goods or stop any goods in transit or by notice in writing to the Purchaser terminate the Contract without liability to Exbos Limited if: 7.1.1 the Purchaser commits a material breach of any of its obligations under the Contract which is incapable of remedy; 7.1.2 the Purchaser fails to remedy a breach of its obligations under the Contract which is capable of remedy, or persists in any breach of any of its obligations under the Contract after having been requested in writing by Exbos Limited to remedy or desist from such breach within a period of 14 days; 7.1.3 any distress execution or diligence is levied upon any of the Purchaser's goods or property and is not paid out within 7 days of it being levied; 7.1.4 the Purchaser (being a partnership) or the Purchaser's partner offers to make any arrangements with or for the benefit of the creditors of the Purchaser or the Purchaser's partner generally or there is presented in relation to the Purchaser or the Purchaser's partner a petition of bankruptcy; 7.1.5 the Purchaser (being a limited company) is deemed to be unable to pay its debts within the meaning of Section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986 or the Purchaser calls a meeting for the purpose of passing a resolution to wind up its company or such a resolution is passed or the Purchaser presents or has presented a petition to wind up or present or have presented a petition or appoint an administrator or have an administrative receiver or receiver appointed to the whole or any part of the Purchaser’s business, undertaking, property or assets; 7.1.6 the Purchaser ceases, or threatens to cease, to carry on business; 8.
